The work has SO Strategic engaged to partner the business on an ongoing basis with:

  • Brand and marketing strategic review and recommendation
  • Implementation of brand identity, project management of logo and website development, digital and communication platforms
  • Engagement as the exclusive media and advertising buying manager including all negotiations and placement with TV, Outdoor, Radio, Sponsorship and other charity based programs
  • Deliver ongoing strategic brand and marketing advice in a very dynamic and ever changing environment across the retail, investments and development divisions of Rossdale Homes

SO Strategic was engaged by the Shareholders of the rapidly growing Blubuilt whioch operates in the Civil and Commercial building sectors to develop the 5 Year Strategic Plan

The focus for the Strategic Plan and SO Strategic was:

  • Consolidation of the governance and business structure post ownership changes
  • Development of a new brand identity, marketing platforms including website and digital presence to expand national awareness
  • Embark on a growth strategy into the critical sectors of Mining, Oli and Gas, Electricty, SA Water and Commercial Building broadly

Steve Olech of SO Strategic was subsequently appointed to the Advisory Board to continue ongoing strategy and brand development focus

With the coming together of likeminded scrap metal recyclers, the challenge was set to develop a common “ industry based” marketing body to amplify the awareness of scrap product recycling, whilst developing a full suite of infrastructure to build a “one stop” shop for all things scrap metal! Whilst SA based currently, the platform was set to allow ease of expansion on a national scale, this included:

  • Development of the brand identity, messaging and strategy
  • Strategy and development of all engagement mediums including call centre, website, location marketing and product awareness infrastructure
  • Negotiation of all advertising mediums on launch and ongoing brand and product awareness including radio, press, PR, digital SEO and hard copy collateral for engagement in the community – from kids to tradies!
  • Negotiation, development and integration of a community based “corporate partnership” program which currently includes the likes of One Steel Community, Scouts SA and Zero Waste

With a commercially progressive and recently appointed Principal in the chair, the need to evaluate the business growth strategy for the school has evolved into a full marketing and brand review of all things Thomas More College.

This includes and has resulted in:

  • Brand identity and development of the school’s mission, vision and ethos
  • Development of strategic plan to develop a program of change in culture, engagement with staff, and the community
  • Marketing strategy including all advertising campaigns across outdoor, PR and digital presence includng re-writing of the web-site for modern terminology
  • Project management of school signage infrastructure and Kings Road "school entrance" redevelopment project

For over 15 years, the NIRS (AFL) has broadcast over 90 games of each AFL season to approximately 700,000+ regional Australiana every week. The challenge to SO Strategic was to grow the awareness of this broadcast and attract investment into the program.

This included:

  • Sponsorship and engagement strategy developed including radio “on air” campaign, regional community engagement and the development of key messaging into regional Australia
  • Engaged with the Federal Office of Indigenous Health, directly within the office of the Prime Minister to jointly developing a national health and truancy impact program amongst Indigenous Australia in remote locations
  • Development of major brand engagement into regional Australia to Corporate Australia
